The ₹2,516-crore public offering opens for subscription on October 10, with a price band of ₹100-106 per share. At the upper end, the company targets a valuation of ₹10,000 crore. The IPO is structured as an offer for sale, with Canara Bank and HSBC Insurance divesting stakes.
